Cannot View Invoice From A Subordinate Account

Problem Statement:
Popup error in Customer Center while trying to View Invoice , through Bill Search panel :

"Cannot find the invoice for this bill. The file may have been accidentally deleted from the database. "

Steps To Reproduce:
1) open Customer Center
2) Goto File --> Search
3) Look for "Bills and Invoices"
4) Search with Bill Number : for example B1-150
5) Click Search --> this will display the bill in the second half of the window
6) Select the bill and click 'View Invoice' --> this will throw the above error

In the above scenario , there is an account hierarchy setup with a paying Parent account and one or many non-paying Child account(s). The bill B1-150 happens to be common between the parent and the several subordinate account(s).
