FW: Communication Exception Occurring During JNDI Server Initialization (Doc ID 829430.1)

Symptoms

During MPL startup, an error similar to the following occurs when the system attempts to initialize JNDI servers.

[Wed Apr 29 16:13:26 WST 2009] Going to initialize JNDI servers.

[Wed Apr 29 16:13:27 WST 2009] JNDI Server "TBD" initializatiomn failed:
javax.naming.CommunicationException: [BRN.118.1022] Broker Storage Read Error: Unable to load context WmJmsNamingContext from: Broker::JmsNaming::WmJmsNamingContext. Broker Exception: The host 'localhost' was found, but no Broker Server is running on port 6849 of that host. [Root exception is Broker Not Running (101-1020): The host 'localhost' was found, but no Broker Server is running on port 6849 of that host.]

[Wed Apr 29 16:13:27 WST 2009] JNDI initializtion failed. There is no available JNDI server.
