Permissions Disappear In Permissioning Center

Applies to:Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 184.108.40.206.0 to 220.127.116.11.0 [Release 7.2.1]

This problem can occur on any platform.
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 18.104.22.168.0 version, the Permissions disappear in Permissioning Center as described in the below two scenarios:
1- Adding a permission to an existing role without pressing on save button.
2- Then delete the new added permission.
3- Then click on save button.
4- Exit Permissioning Center and Re-Enter Permissioning Center.
5- Go to the same role and check the permission.
6- See that all permissions got deleted.
Second Scenario (Adding two Role with scenario below):
1- Adding a role named Role1.
2- Adding /test/1 permission to Role1.
3- Adding /test/2 permission to Role1.
4- Adding /test/3 permission to Role1.
5- Renaming Role1 to Role_1.
6- Save (It is as expected that a role created named Role_1 with three permissions).
7- Then Adding Role2.
8- Adding /test/1 permission to Role2.
9- Adding /test/2 permission to Role2.
10- Adding /test/3 permission to Role2.
11- Go back to Role_1 and Add /test/4 permission to Role_1.
12- Click on save (Role2 created with three permissions, but No Additional Permission added to Role_1 in the database - service_admin_permitteds_t - However the additional permission is there in Permissioning Center).
13- Delete the additional permission for Role_1 in Permissioning Center.
14- Then click save button. (All permissions that Role_1 has got deleted. Check again on the database service_admin_permitteds_t table).
