Purpose

During normal operation, the Server.exe MWM component will crash.  Server.crash logs indicate a fault in 'Module: C:\WINDOWS\system32\USER32.dll'  This bulletin discusses this issue and its resolution.

The details of this bulletin are relevant for users experiencing Server.exe crashes citing the Windows USER32.dll in versions 1.2.3, 1.3.0, 1.4.2.5 and 1.4.5.
