Goal

How to collapse the Customize Products/Product Details from Customer Center at account creation time?

Example:
During account creation from Customer Center in "Customize Products" window, 
the Product Details should not be visible to the user upfront. The user should be able to access the details if need be (ie. by clicking the '+' next to the Product Details).
