RXCDEMLI Entering event name throws 165600: Not a valid visit number-please re-enter

Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
User is attempting to perform Initial Login-In and Data Entry in a 4.5.3 database for all studies.
After entering data, then tabbing past the visit number field, a message will pop-up.
The other parts of the OC still function after the error.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Data Entry -> Initial Log-in and Entry
2. Select the study WhoDD
3. Select the patient and DCI
4. Enter a date for DCI date,
5. In the event field, using LOV pick any event and hit tab.
The following pop up message comes up-
ERROR MESSAGE: 165600: Not a valid visit number-please re-enter.
