Leave Request Approval Log Must Be Refreshed For Approval Data To Be Displayed (Doc ID 832113.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

When a leave request record is approved from the Leave Request header, the approval information
does not show up in the Approval View.But if you refresh the view then the approval information is
displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Leave Request. Enter Next Approver and set the Leave Request to Pending Approval
Approval Alert is received on the Home Page.
Select the Alert.
The Leave Request is displayed
Change the leave request status to APPROVED from the Leave Request Header
Select the Approvals View.
No approval information is displayed.
Refresh the Approvals View.
Approval information is displayed.

OR

Create a Leave Request.
Change the leave request status from CREATED to APPROVED from the Leave Request Header
Select the Approvals View.
No approval information is displayed.
Refresh the Approvals View.
Approval information is displayed.
