Credit Limit Of Parent Account Is Not Considered While Rating (Doc ID 835598.1)

Goal

Consider that there are two accounts, one is a parent account and other is a child account set as non-paying account (bill paid by the parent account). Credit limit of the parent account is set to say $100 and child account as unlimited. When rating for the child account is done, credit limit of the parent account is not considered.

Expected behavior is that once parent account's credit limit is reached, rating of child account should also be stopped.
