Permissioning Issues For Customer Center And Pricing Center (Doc ID 836291.1)

Symptoms

There were two issues in Permissioning Center:

1) Created a role with all read-only permission for Customer Center; the user is still able to modify contact information of a customer.
2) Created a role with all read-write permissions for Pricing Center; the user is not able to access Pipeline screens, only root login is able to access pipeline data.

Expectation:
With all read-only permissions, the user should not be able to modify contact information of a customer.
With read-only permissions, the user should be able to see pipeline screens; and with read-write permissions, user should be able to modify data.
