Unable To Create Archive Config (Doc ID 837178.1)

Symptoms

With a device which is managed in IPSA and visible in CM, every attempt to do config archive leads to a failure status that has the error:

Unable to show configuration for device 10.20.40.123: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
WorkingData/10.20.40.123.txt (No such file or directory)



The IPSA network processor logs will also show something like this:
