Prebills Not Showing Up For Billing Timekeepers After Previous Prebills are Made "Current" (Doc ID 837892.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

In certain scenarios users may be required to make Prebills set to "Previous" in Elite Enterprise revert to the "Current" state (e.g. A new Proforma run was kicked off accidentally and the marked up Prebills need to be retrieved as they have unprocessed changes associated with them).

When Proformas are set back to "Current" in Elite, the corresponding PreBills fail to be visible in Oracle Legal Whitehill Pre-Bill.

Changes

This issue occurs when Whitehill Pre-Bill has "Auto Archiving" enabled.
