Non Currency Sub Balances Not Impacting During Deal Transition. (Doc ID 839092.1)

Goal

There is a deal (Deal A) purchased in the beginning of the cycle for an account. Here the product grants free minutes, let say -100, for a non_currency resource. In the middle of the cycle, there is deal transition happening to deal B which grants the same non_currency resource, lets say -200.

After the deal transition, the valid_to of the resource sets to the deal transition date. Since the new prorated free minutes from Deal B of the non_currency is for same resource, the free minutes becomes invalid.
