Goal

Goal is to understand how GL report works for terminated accounts having product with cycle end lasting longer than the termination date.

Consider the below scenario :

* product has a quarterly cycle forward(QCF) fee (say 600 USD)
* product proration : purchase = full charge , cancel = prorate
* billing cycle is monthly
* GL cycle is weekly
* account created on 09 oct , with the QCF product. Billing cycle is 09 oct - 09 nov. Bill Now is performed.
* account terminated(closed) on 09 nov, that is, end of week 4.
