Worksheet Time Bucket Is Showing In Weeks Even After Bucket Changed To Month (Doc ID 839538.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


On 7.2 in Production:
Customer has changed their configuration from week to month bucket. and upgraded the data model for the changes to take place. They also bounced the apps server after that.However the changes do not get reflected since when the customer views the worksheet time bucket is still giving options in weeks instead of Months.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(1) Changed the configuration from Weeks to Month buckets.
(2) Rebuilt/Upgrade Data Model.
(3) Sales table and mdp matrix tables cleaned up
(4)Load new Sales History in Months
(5)Generate Forecast
(6) Reviewed the sales table and base forecast got generated.
