Symptoms
You are trying to enter the Remote Data Capture (RDC) form version 4.5, but after attempting to launch the following error message is presented in the error menu presentation:
ERROR MESSAGES:
No. 1: ORA-04067: not executed, stored procedure “PUBLIC.RDC_USER_ACTIVITY_TAGS2” does not exist.
No. 2: FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04067.
