ERR_CUSTOMER_NO_VALID_PRODUCT Occurs While Rating CDR (Doc ID 840050.1)

While rating a CDR file in pipeline , the error "ERR_CUSTOMER_NO_VALID_PRODUCT" appears in pipeline log. EDR dumps do not show any PURCHASED_PRODUCT but instead print the error below:
