"Add Deal To Existing Service” After Doing Deal Level Transition Fails

-- Problem Statement:
In Customer center, after doing deal level or plan level transition, cannot use purchase option "Add deal to existing service". Error snippet from cm.pinlog is as below :

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a plan with plan level or deal level transition.
2. In Customer Center, purchase the plan for an account
3. Do the transition(plan or deal) which is successful.
4. Try to add a new deal to existing service. This will fail with the above error in cm pinlog.
