The purpose of this document is to provide the reader with possible configuration issues that can arise during a CC&B new install.  The customer in this document has an Oracle database on a Linux x86 platform.

 Can I see an example of file permissions and environmental variables?
 Can you please provide me with a list of products I need to have installed for a runtime environment?
 Please provide a list of E-Delivery downloads that will be needed to install CC&B.
 Can I setup the same privileges for C3P0 as the hibernate file?
 Would it be correct to modify Weblogic to be a non SUID 0 user called wblogic with 775 permission bits set from the installation root downward?
 Are all of the environmental variables set in /home/.profile (ksh) of the cissys user?
 The Installation Guide suggests setting noclobber off in the .profile for cissys UID.  Is there anything else, other than environment variables which need to be added in this .profile?
 I was under the impression that the Perl Mods are not needed for this accelerated POC setup and we can add later.  Is this correct?
 Do the environmental variables and their corresponding exports only go in the /$HOME/.profile for the user cissys.
 Does the Micro Focus Wrap Pack represent the Micro Focus sourced patches?
 Does the Microfocus Server come bundled in some other downloaded package and are there specific components that we can temporarily omit?
 Do we need the Perl Mods (outside of the Perl 588 delivered with the OS)?
 Where do I get the "Java JDBC drivers" referred to in the following statement:
Oracle 11.1.0.6 client The Java JDBC drivers must be installed as part of the client install.
 When compiling DBD:ORACLE (the make part), we get errors "Unable to locate an oracle.mk, proc.mk or other suitable *.mk".
 Only Oracle Client version 10.2.0.1 is available for Linux.  Will that suffice?
 When installing Oracle Client 10.2.0.1 we get error "Checking operating system version: must be redhat-3, SuSE-9, redhat-4, UnitedLinux-1.0, asianux-1 or asianux-2".
 When running Oracle Universal Installer we get error "Exception java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: ../jre/1.4.2/lib/i386/libawt.so: libXp.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
 We are receiving the following CPAN make test error "Failed to load Oracle extension and/or shared libraries".
 After Weblogic is installed it should be ready for the CC&B app to access it during the install/config process.  Is this correct?
 In your answer to my previous question you specify WLS variables BEADIR & WL_HOME.  What directories do you have below those paths?
 I noticed in the install docs that a Korn Shell is specified as the primary shell.  Is this a functional requirement or one of choice?
 We are getting the following error when running install.sh.  "No license key detected".  The license file is in dir /opt/BEA_HOME/license.bea.
 Does the Web Logic Server need to be running or not?  We've had it up for the install so far.
 For the CCB install, should the Web Logic Server be up or down?
 Error - No license key detected.  Application Server requires a license key in order to execute.
 How does one run cobsje?
 When does CC&B create the "Managed Server"?
 I changed the default Weblogic System UserID & Password.  How does one change them back to the default?
 Does the CC&B install include SP1?
 Can we install 64 bit versions of Weblogic and JRockit?
 After installing CC&B SP2 are there any additional required steps before starting the environment?
 How does one setup user names and passwords in Weblogic?
 Does the CCB Application have a way of logging out other than the red 'X' in the upper right corner?
 Customer is wondering if the temp MF runtime license may be expired.
If so, is there a way to just renew the same temp license again?
 What Patch does the customer need to install the Perl Module?
 After the Patch 7650003 is installed, Is there any other steps or path additions, etc. we must make before we can install the MF Express?
 How does one start and stop the instances using spl.sh start and spl.sh stop where start/stop knows which instance to start/stop?
 When installing a second instance (Framework) and so on, for each, do you specify a another unique "Web Server Port Number" for the additional instance?
 Will each environment create it's own admin server, and it's own Weblogic instance?
 Do all running (previously installed) CC&B instances need to be stopped before installing an additional one?
 The SPLWeb deployment module failed with error "Error getting feature configuration override system date java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist".
 How does one modify the following command to also start the CCB instance?  splenviron.sh -e <ENVIRONMENT> -c "spl.sh -m start"
