Sometimes when customers run Oracle AERS (i.e. clicking on the Oracle AERS external application link) a message is
shown that there has been a problem verifying the certificate.
Additionally, sometimes when customers run Oracle AERS, and later close application and try to re-launch it without closing the
internet explorer page, the system is unable to show the Oracle AERS application due to
page freezing issues. Customers then have to kill the IE session from Task Manager.
How can these be rectified?
