Updates To CIS Host System Data Do Not Occur After Router Crash (Doc ID 845839.1)

Symptoms

We experienced a router crash during which time updates were being made in MWM.  After the issue was resolved, we expected the updates to be applied to the external CIS system.  These updates never got
applied.

Many orders will need to be manually updated in the CIS system.
