Clicking Help Menu Items Results in "Navigation to the Webpage was Canceled" Error (Doc ID 848417.1)

When attempting to access Contents, Index, or Search options in the Help menu, the following error occurs: "Navigation to the webpage was canceled".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open the Help menu in Documaker Studio.
2. Click Contents, Index, or Search.
