Failed To Submit Workorder Due To A Database Error

Goal

To get service action details and return info parameter values in SRT response, when we change Weblogic ejb-jar.xml (obtained by unjaring asap<ENV_ID>.ear and then srp.jar) file by setting JSRP config parameters INCLUDE_SERVICE_ACTION_DETAIL and USE_ORIGINAL_INSTANCE_NUMBER tags to 'true' (default is 'false'), we are getting below error:

<co:message>Encountered exception: Failed to submit work order
<WO_ID>, due to a database error</co:message>
</sa:createException>
</sa:createOrderByValueException>


If the tags are not set to true for both the parameters (and left with default value of 'false'), the work order gets submitted but the service action details and return info parameter values in SRT response are not seen.
