Unable To Tick None And Revert For Balance Monitoring : fm_bill_limit_and_cr_monitor_threshold_chk Error (Doc ID 849290.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

In Customer Center Balance Monitoring, once Credit Limit is set to None, when try to set it to Non NULL Amount, it triggers an error.

The scenario is:
1) Enable Balance Monitoring
2) Create an account and through Customer center try the above operation
3) Snippet of the error from the cm.pinlog
