When posting late sales after a physical inventory (Unit/Amount) count in Retail Merchandising System (RMS), the Stock On Hand (SOH) is decremented for the sales, but no inventory adjustment is created to offset the sale.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a unit & dollar stock count.
2. Run stkxpld batch.
3. Extend vdate to stock take date.
4. Run stkupd batch.
5. Run stukupld batch.
6. Run stkvar batch.  Variance is posted into TRAN_DATA.
7. Run stkdly batch.
8. Upload a late sale transaction of any item in the above stock count (sale date should be less than stock take date).
