Symptoms

The below error message is logged in the Content Server log file when adding a new business process in GRC Manager. This error message do not interfere with the functionality of adding a new business process.

OpenDocument Error encountered in "GetDocInfo" Error in "CheckStellentResponse":

The content item is no longer in the system. The result set 'DOC_INFO' was not found or is empty. in CMSDocument.OpenDocument: Login=fx06673 DocId=. in SoxDocument.Open
