PCG 7.x: Unable To Compile SQL Rules (Doc ID 851055.1)

-- Problem Statement:
Post-install step of PCG is to compile all SQL rules. However, the concurrent request that this
submits is failing.

Error Message in the logs of Concurrent request :
LAGENLIB: Last 100 lines of the generated library
tail: cannot open `/u02/oracle/CRP1/apps/apps_st/appl/xxlaapps/12.0.0/bin/LABRSQL.pld' for
reading: No such file or directory

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log on to the GRC Controls responsibility in Oracle E-Business Suite

2. Navigate to: Preventive Control Governor ->“ Form Rules

3. GRC Controls-Oracle Rules form opens. Select its Form Rules tab.

4. Click on Tools in the menu bar, and then:
œOracle Form Rules Compile All Active SQL Rules in the Tools menu.
