Product Name In Korean throws Invalid Hashvalue Error in cm.pinlog (Doc ID 851970.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
If a product with Korean character in its name is created, cm.pinlog throws error.


Steps To Reproduce
1. Use the Pricing Center to commit a price plan and make sure that the committed product name is in Korean.

2. cm.pinlog, contains the following error message:

E Fri Jun 4 06:35:19 2010 xxxxx405 cm:3540 fm_price_hashtable.c:6974 1:wishen-cn:UnknownProgramName:0:Thread-6:663:1239257306:0 Invalid hashvalue: Id = , nbuckets = -19, hashvalue = 7
 In the tested scenario one product named "F0291-일반서버임대료" was used and it threw the error.
