ORPOS Crashes When Opening the Till in Register Accountability Mode

Oracle Retail Point-Of-Service (ORPOS) application crashes when a till is opened from the register and the following error is reported in the log :

  1. In the Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO) database, change the accountability mode to '0' in AS_WS table for the register .

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Login to BO
  2. Select StoreOps --> Start of Day: Open Store with any amount and any business date.
  3. Select StoreOps --> Register  and Open Registers
  4. Select the register you are using for this testing and click the Open button. 
  5. Status of the register will be changed from Closed to Open.
  6. Log in to Point-Of-Service (ORPOS)
  7. Click on Daily Operations
  8. Click on Till Options
  9. Click on Open.  Observed that ORPOS crashes.
