How to change the default Reconciliation behaviour to invert order of Inventory Handlers followed by Network Handlers (Doc ID 852788.1)

Oracle Communications Network Integrity goes through a series of actions when the Start Reconcilliation button is pressed from the UI. By default, the ordering is to first call the Integrity Handler's loadAndSendModel() method, followed by the Network Handlers. Is there any way to change this ordering, to call first the Network Handlers?
