Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 12.0.6 in Production:
Find that min order qty attribute from ASL is not respected during planning.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see correct output.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup min order qty on ASL (min order qty = 1200)
2. Demand = 900
3. Run plan, planned order qty = 900 (min order qty setup not work)
