"The file is damaged and could not be repaired" Error When Viewing Output Files From Oracle Clinical (Doc ID 853116.1)

-- Problem Statement:

Receive the following error in Adobe Reader when running the DCM Questions report:

ERROR

The file is damaged and could not be repaired.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1. OC -> Definition -> Definition Reports -> DCM Questions
2. Click DCM Name LOV & select DCM
3. Click Submit Job button
4. Click on Job Status button
5. Click View Output button => Adobe Reader open with error

Note: Opening the .pdf report from the backend from the database server works.
