Cancellation fee is being Charged even after Product Expiration. (Doc ID 853281.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


1. Create a product with cancellation fee.
2. Purchase product/plan in Customer Center and set an end date(w.r.t. next billing cycle) for
    the product
3. Move pvt to end date.
4. Run pin_bill_day.
5. Bill will be generated sucessfully, product will be cancelled.
6. Bill will also contain cancel fee.
