"java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError" Exception While Connecting to Domain Using JDBC

When attempting to connect to a domain using JDBC client jdbcisql, the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure the ODBC server and JDBC client
2. Start ODBCMeasureModeServer
3. Execute the command:

java jdbcisql -d jdbc.sql.oadriver -u jdbc:OpenRDA:<DATABASE>
