Goal

In BRM 7.0 and BRM 7.2.1 documents, there is a known issue reported:

Resource validity period is incorrect when deal purchase is backdated.
When users backdate a deal purchase, the purchase fees are correctly applied. However, the resource
in the sub-balance that is granted by the deal is not backdated. For example, a deal that costs
$10 per month and includes free minutes. It is purchased on 5/15 and backdated to 5/1. The monthly fee
of $10 is correctly applied, but the free minutes are valid only from 5/15.

In BRM 7.3.1, has this issue been solved ?
