Activation Charges Are Not Getting Reflected In Account Balance (Doc ID 854085.1)

Goal

Activation charges are not reflecting in the account balance. Why?

Sample scenario:

1. Add a new activation event using Developer Center as followed : 

/event/billing/product/fee/activation

2.Modify pin_usage_map as: 

/event/billing/product/fee/activation : Occurrence: 0: 0: 0: 0: 0: 0: 0: activation


3.Modify pin_event_map as:- :

/event/billing/product/fee/activation : Product Activation Fee Event : 1

4 .Load all the files into the database using respective load utilities. You  can see the new event in developer center.

5. Create a product+deal+plan+account with these charges.

Observation:The account balance is not updated and there is no activation charge in the balance. Activation charge should be reflected in the account balance.
