FME Cancelled Transactions Do Not Display 'X' Icon on View Transactions Page

This problem can occur on any platform.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
Main Menu->Billing-> Financial Management
Search on an account in Transactions that has been cancelled.
On the far left there should be a red "X' icon to show it has been cancelled.
No icon appears
