FME Cancelled Transactions Do Not Display 'X' Icon on View Transactions Page (Doc ID 854227.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


In FME Transaction View, the red X icons that normally appear next to cancelled transactions are not displaying.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Main Menu->Billing-> Financial Management
Search on an account in Transactions that has been cancelled.
On the far left there should be a red "X' icon to show it has been cancelled.
No icon appears


This issue is being caused by the version of I.E ( 6 SP2 and 7)
