ADAPTER FOR LODESTAR HAD A STRANGE BEHAVIOUR FOLLOWING A NETWORK TIME OUT

This problem can occur on any platform.
After verifying permissions in the server, it was found that the lodestar user could write and delete files, so that wasn't the problem.
In viewing the Adapter logs, it showed the file had actually been processed 7 times. The first one ended with an error "No more data to read from socket", which we are very convinced was caused due to a timeout (that particular day, the network was very, very slow).
The next attempt loaded the file successfully, and then the other attempts were not successful, as the file was the same curve.
