ASAP Failover Passive Node Not Starting (Doc ID 854430.1)

Symptoms

The ASAP system failover setup is as follows.

Node1 (Active) : Oracle DB Server, WebLogic and ASAP. The installation was successful and working fine.

While installing Node2 (Passive), selected Custom options and unchecked the Database option. The installation was successful but ASAP does not start. After a closer check, it was determined that "asapASRR" "SecurityServices" are not deployed in Weblogic.
