Why Is Pipeline Not Rating Events For Inactive Products? (Doc ID 855524.1)

Pipeline is not rating events for inactive products.
This happens when the switch is not synchronized real time with the date of inactivation in BRM. When the product is inactived in BRM and the calls made 2 hours later on the switch,  the call should  be charged to the client.

Is it the normal behavior for BRM 7.3.1.
