Goal

After changing MSISDN, rating is not happening for the new MSISDN, as expected. Why?

Example

1. Create a account with GSM service and the Service alias list haivng value as some number.
2. Increase the pin_virtual_time by 10 days.
3. Change the MSISDN using the PCM_OP_CUST_UPDATE_SERVICES.

The input flist used is:



4. Rate a CDR with CDR date greater than pin_virtual_time when the change happened. This CDR will be rejected saying "customer login not found".
