How To Setup Isis If Host Name Is Used In The Sites File Instead Of The IP Address (Doc ID 856863.1)

Goal

Users were logging in and immediately being kicked back out.  Messages were found in the MTService log like this:

in ISIS_MGT_INTERCL_MODULE ../../clib/cl_inter.c/intercl_isalive(), line 910
couldn't get best address for (1/81:24538.0) from RNS: failed for administrative policy reasons
