Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) v.2.2.0 running on a Linux x86-64 environment, with an Oracle 11g database, Web Self Service (WSS) gets dropped by the restart of Weblogic on certain occasions.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Difficult to reproduce as repeated re-starts of the application server are required until web self service is dropped.

-- Business Impact:
End-users connections to WSS get dropped with no notification.
