This problem can occur on any platform.
The cancellation of product is not syncing with pipeline.
The problem is after cancellation of product, if you try to rate a CDR for the account for which the product is cancelled, then the pipeline hangs.
After restarted the pipeline, process a CDR after the product cancellation date, then it is rated properly instead of getting rejected.
1) Create an account with GSM service and usage product on 15th May.
2) Rate a CDR for the product with date as 16th May, it works fine.
3) Cancell the product on 20th May.
4) Advance time to 24th May after the cancellation date; rate a CDR, it gets rated OK, expected to be getting rejected.
Ideally, the CDR should have been rejected with product not valid at the time.
