Warning Message When Changing Status Of The Parent Account

This problem can occur on any platform.
Create a parent account, a non-paying child account and a paying child account. Change the parent account status to inactive. A pop-up warning message saying:
Inactivating this account also inactives the nonpaying child accounts.
By default, any paying child accounts of this parent are also inactivated.
The result is the the paying child account is still active.
