Application Does Not Stay Up After An OS Patch Set Installation (Doc ID 858719.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


After the installation of a patchset for the OS, the applications can not work, on every attempt to start up, after 5 minutes the applications shut down, no error messages and no core found.

When trying to connect to the database the message is connection refused in the SARM component.
