Symptoms
Trying to run the Blank Patient Data Report (i.e. Blank Casebook Report)
This returns the status of RS_FAILURE. the log file contains the error:
This is happening on a study that has a default DCI book that has 1,538 dci book pages.
ERROR MESSAGES: ORA-39565: Message 39565 not found
Included in the log file:
ERR REP-1401: 'beforereport': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-39565: Message 39565 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=ORA
ERR Error occurred sending Job output to cache

non-ORACLE exception
NAVIGATION / REPLICATION PATH:
1) Log into RDC for a study using PDF data entry screens.
2) Navigate to the Report menu and run the Blank Patient Data Report.
User searched My Oracle Support and found <Note 601732.1> and verified that this
is NOT their problem.
User also found <Bug 7208206>.
Wanting to see if that is their issue.
Are there any workarounds for <Bug 7208206>? When is <Bug 7208206> expected to be fixed?
User is able to reproduce this issue in both 4.5.1 (PDF/Classic studies) as well as 4.5.3 (HTML
studies).
