Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
In CC&B version 2.10, the field “Contact Date/Time” of Customer Contact page is missing from
Arabic screen. The same exists in English version.

-- Business Impact:
This is stopping us from Production rollout of CC&B 2.1.0 which is scheduled for end of July. This
is currently working fine in CC&B 2.0.1 Environments.
