Goal
Over 900+ inactive Oracle sessions created. These processes are killed on stopping ASAP. This adds to load on server & regular bounce of ASAP, Oracle to free the memory consumed by these inactive processes. i.e. when we run a:
on the server it shows > 900 processes with ASAP running & just around 35 to 40 processes with ASAP being down.
