Unable To Run SRT Sample Code

-- Problem Statement:
Installed ASAP SRT as per the Readme file and the SRT gets deployed sucessfully without any
errors. Please see below:

After SRT installation, the SRT is visible in the weblogic console but it does not create the
SRT.Request Queue as required by the samples.
The 2 samples, Eventlistener and RequestSender require both request and response SRT queues. The
SRT.ResponseQueue is visible in the weblogic console but there is no SRT.RequestXX listed. I am able to sucessfully run the Eventlistener example. See below:
Queue name is
To end program, enter Q or q, then <return>
but it is not possible to start the SRTJMSClient since there is no RequestQueue created which is required as an argument to this java program.

2) Check in weblogic console
3) there is no SRT.Request Queue created in weblogic server
