Symptoms

When the User clicks on the Approval Requied Alert, with the APPROVAL ROUTING Business Rule set to WIZARD, the Wizard produced is blank. With the APPROVAL ROUTING Business Rule set to RECORD, only the Search Options screen is presented instead of navigating to the actual Business Object.
